Larry's Update

It looks like my web page is up and running again. Don't remember where I left off in my update of things. Will try to fill in the gaps. We have had several changes in our board over the last couple of weeks. Jimmy Sousa
and Jimmy Garcia have both resigned their position. Karaoke was much better this go around.  I hope we can continue to keep it on the first and third Wednesdays.  Koni will be filling in the Thursday's bartenders spot for a while.  Ellen has stepped up and got her ABC card and will be working on Saturday's.  She got her first taste on Sat. during the SAL Horseshoe Tournament and got several blisters on her feet.  Different shoes next week.  Last Wednesday we cut the hole in the wall and installed the new door.  It seems to be a great hit.  Dave Clausen, Mike, and Pete Parkers teams were the winners in the Horseshoe tournament.

Mike Cabel,  1st Vice-Daniel Fisher, 2nd Vice-Stan Scarpa, Adjutant-Larry Sincerbox, Chaplin-Pete Quiane, JAG-Terry Baughman, 2nd year Trustee-
Bob Witherly, 1st year-Mike Barns.  The rest of the board has yet to be appointed. The Queen of Hearts lucky person was Ken with envelope #23 no winner  $2,000.00 for next week. The big winners this week  in our NASCAR pools were Furball $500.00 for 1st.  Sheldon $150.00 for 2nd.  Dennis $50.oo for third.  Jim & Margit $50.00 for 15th.  Mike made $50.00
for leading at half way.  Brant got last place for his $20.00 back and also a free draw on next weeks $6.00 board.  The $6.00 board as well as the $1.00 board was won by Warren Halstead.  Japana finished 2nd for $75.00.  This posting has been kind of hap-hazard but I hope you all get the drift of things.  Till next time be HAPPY.                        Larry
