Larry's Update

Well, finally some progress. The Paving Contractors showed up on Friday. They busted their butts and knocked out the job in one day and it looks great. Got the concrete bumpers down today, thanks to the help from the 1st Vice Bob. Received the lumber this afternoon in order to fix the stage before the Patriots run this Saturday. It will be roughed out but will get the tile on later.  Got a call from the Building Dept. saying that they have talked to the Fire Dept and we will not have to install Sprinklers . I will have to sign a waiver for some other changes that they were requiring. Tomorrow I will be going to the engineers office to see what his hold up is seeing that he is not answering his phone. Friday night Ellen came charging in on her horse in an attempt to lasso the Queen for the reward of $2,500.00, again she escaped,  the reward will be increased to $2,700.00 for this week. Uncle Dan's Jam was a great success on Friday Night so they came back Sat. night. We will be having Country Music again this Friday after the Queen. NASCAR winners for Sunday were Larry Ash for $125.00 and 12 points  Deli Bob 2nd for $75.00 and 10 points that gave him the lead in the points chase. He also won $40.00 on the $1.00 board.  Japana won the other $1.00 board.
